Requests vs appointments
Submitting the booking form creates a service request, not a guaranteed appointment. Every request is reviewed and confirmed by us before it is scheduled.
Estimates
Prices shown online are estimates based on your address, service, and bin count. Final pricing may change if service details change, and we'll always tell you before charging a different amount.
Service
Please leave bins accessible at the curb on your scheduled day. If we can't reach your bins, we'll contact you to reschedule.
Payments
Online payments are processed securely by our payment provider. We never see or store your card number.
